SHIPPING POLICY

DSGNDRVN products are made to order and shipped through our fulfillment partners.

PROCESSING

Because each product is produced specifically for your order, please allow time for production before your order ships. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment location.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

U.S. SHIPPING

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE standard U.S. shipping.

The $100 minimum is based on the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes and shipping.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Products may be produced at different fulfillment locations. As a result, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages or at different times.

If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number. There is no additional charge beyond the shipping amount shown at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact orders@dsgndrvn.co as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipped.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may have been lost in transit, contact us at orders@dsgndrvn.co with your order number and we'll help investigate.
